My Contributions
My job was to redesign the existing e-commerce and improve the user experience throughout the purchasing process. A whole new website had been created, with a slightly refreshed logo design, as a result. Thanks to customers' feedback, we had known what was troubling them before and after the implementation — where I was using forms, heatmaps, and session recordings to detect bugs and tweak the design.
In addition, I helped streamline order processing, invoicing, and inventory management processes, which reduced the time required to handle them.
